This drawing was the shift point for me. I felt like I hit something perfect with this one and could not return. Most of the singlar figure pieces after this were much less careful and contained a lack of effort. Thus, the birth of a new phase of painting and drawing for me.

The Belly Dancer portraits were the evolution of this image, only two years later.
